The Sanctuary at False Cape, this is the largest complex and offers the most ammenities. With 250 (2-4 bedroom) units there is something for every condo lover. Views of the Ocean, Beach, Bay, Pools and Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge are featured. 3 pools, hot tubs, grilling stations, game rooms, party rooms, exercise rooms are some of the more popular ammenities. Weekly seasonal rentals are permitted. One small dog is permitted in this complex.

Sandbridge Dunes, has 74 units and offers quick access to the life guarded area of Sandbridge Beach. Need an early cup of cofee and a doughnut? It's as simple as walking across the street to the Sandbridge Market. Pool, exercise room, party room and covered parking are offered. Weekly seasonal rentals are permitted. Pets are not permitted at this complex.

Seaside at Sandbridge, has 12 two and three bedroom units. This complex is located on Sandpiper Road at the S-turn. Many units have Ocean views. A very easy walk to the ocean and beach. There is a pool for residents and guests. Weekly seasonal rentals are permitted. Small dogs are permitted.

Sandbridge Station, This two and three bedroom complex is located on Sandbridge Road within easy walking distance of the shops and the beach. This is the only condo in Sandbridge that does not allow weekly rentals, this allows owners and guests to have a bit fewer people coming and going weekly. A pool is avaiable for owners and guests. Small pets are permitted.
