Charlie Kelly.   Since 1972 Charlie has made a career of selling and marketing Hershey candy products, Mid size businesses and Vacation Real Estate.

Functioning in the corporate world gave Charlie the background to relate to clients with diverse backgrounds. Founding and running a business brokerage firm added the business valuation; profit/loss based selling/marketing experience and knowledge. Over 10 years of watching his wife, Kathy, sell real estate provided subliminal background and education for his transition into residential property marketing. Charlie & Kathy’s decision to live in Sandbridge Beach set the stage for the transition.

Hampton Roads REALTORS Association Platinum level Circle of Excellence awards in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 are book ended by Silver level awards.

As Siebert Realty’s #1 agent, Charlie can be counted on to provide excellent service. Relating to people from all variety of backgrounds and experiences is one of Charlie’s strengths. As an owner of Sandbridge vacation rental properties, Charlie shares this personal experience with buyers and sellers. Charlie & Kathy have two sons. Brian, a real estate attorney in Northern Virginia and Jim, a REALTOR who also works here at Siebert Realty.  Jim & Charlie act as back-up agents for each other. There is always a Kelly Team member available to assist you with your Real Estate needs.
